You are registering for the Southwest States RC & D Conference in Fort Worth, Texas on March 14-17, 2010. Payment is due at time of registration. The Conference Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. For more information, please call the Bluebonnet RC&D office, (817)645-7711, ext 4.

Your booth and sponsorship options are explained below. After submitting the information from this form, you will need to proceed to the payment page to make your choice(s) and complete your payment.

1.  Exhibit Booth - Located in the 2nd Floor Promenade.
Exhibit booth consists of an 8’x10’ space, one 6-foot table-draped with linen, two chairs, and a wastebasket. Exhibit booth includes one conference registration.

(Exhibit booth registration includes conference speakers, Sunday reception, Monday lunch, Tuesday banquet, breaks, and hospitality)

Non-Profit/Government Exhibit Booth Registration $250

Any additional services required for your exhibit (i.e. shipment delivery/storage, electricity, audio-visual) will be contracted with and paid directly to the Hilton. Please indicate if additional services are needed and the Hilton representative contact information will be provided.

2.  Sponsor Opportunities
All sponsors will be honored during the conference with signage, verbal recognition, and advertisement in conference participant notebooks (please include print-ready copy).  Sponsors are invited to attend the conference and be recognized in person and be given the opportunity to address the conference.
