Who are RC&D Members? The local RC&D organization is made up of volunteers representing members from within the area. Members usually consist of, but are not limited to, County Commissioner Courts, City Councils, Chambers of Commerce, Soil and Water Conservation Districts, municipalities, rural electric cooperatives, school districts, private businesses, and individuals. Members from each county appoint an individual annually to serve as their representative on the Bluebonnet Board of Directors.
