*** All requests for assistance must be submitted to the Bluebonnet Board of Directors in the form of an application for assistance. After reviewing the application to insure that it meets all guidelines within the goals and objects of the organization, the application will be voted on to determine if assistance will be provided. Projects with area wide significance will be given priority.***
